Cancellation Policy

Contact us by email to: info@fancyapple.com to inquire about rescheduling/cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Customers will receive a full refund with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Customers will be able to reschedule or receive a store credit with at least 4 hours notice or receive 50% refund.

Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

All tours must be pre-paid except otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards. Payment will be listed as “Fancy Apple” on the credit card statement.

Vouchers

After payment, Fancy Apple will send a confirmation / voucher by e-mail. This voucher may be printed or shown on mobile device, as a proof of purchase.
